Former Professor Anthony Cummins presents world music show Gach Treo (meaning “all routes”) on Raidió na Life Wednesdays at midday, with the programming being repeated every Thursday morning at 11am and again on Sundays at 2pm.
Anthony began broadcasting with Raidió na Life in 2009 while a Lecturer in Medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), in Dublin. From 2014 until 2021 he went on secondment from Dublin to RCSI’s new Medical School, Perdana University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as Professor of Family Medicine from where he continued to present his weekly show. He returned to Ireland in 2021 and has continued to present Gach Treo, bringing the best mix of world music which you will hear on the radio!
