Joshua Kieran Glennon is possibly the youngest DJ in the world with his own Radio series. Joshua originally from Booterstown loves primary school so much that he just doesnt want to leave! As his parents signed him up to Blackrock College he thought he would postbone the trauma of Ross O'Carroll Kelly's Alma Mater and jumped on a train to Ring in Co Waterford,
where you will find Ireland's answer to Hogwarts where magic is replaced by that crazy gobildigook the natives call Gaeilge. Joshua is 12 1/2 and is in 7th class Coláiste na Rinne - all Irish Boarding school famed for its fine cuisine, sean nós and where English is not spoken even dreaming in the language of the oppressor is frowned upon.
Joshua's presenting career began when he applied for a DJ competition in Raidio na Life. His demo featured music from the clash to Thin Lizzy to the Dubliners, his bratish and confident delievery put him in the lead by far and after winning the competition he went on to invite soon to be famous Rugby player Luke Fitzgerald as a guest on his first programme. Producers at Fibín quickly snaped him up and offerd him his own series Raidio na nÓg on Radio na Life funded by the BCI.

Raidio na nOg starts on 22nd April @ 18.30. Each week DJ JKG will broadcast all over dublin and the surrounding areas, the show will be available to dowload as a podcast in the classroom also from www.rnanog.com. The series features views from primary school children all over Dublin, world music reports with music especially composed by Rossa O Snodaigh of Kila, comedy sketch shows, Rap songs as Gaeilge and special guests including John Spillane, Hector and Spongebob Squarepants and many more.
