Meon na mBan is a lively new show for women which broadcasts on Raidió na Life 106.4Fm every Wednesday from 18:00-18.30.
The show is focused on the lives of women of all ages, classes and races from across the world. The lives of Irish women and those abroad will be examined as we find out more about the lives, their achievements and their feelings.
Ciara Ní Éanacháin is the chief anchor and presenter of the show and the show is directed by her own inimitable chatty and upbeat style of presentation.
From week to week, different guests from the women’s working group from Raidió na Life will drop in to discuss questions posed by women in Ireland today.
Meon na mBan is produced by Raidió na Life Programme Co-ordinator Niamh Ní Shúilleabháin and is supported by a working group in the station. The show has at its core the ethos of community radio broadcasting and aims to provide women with increased access to the media and content which interests them.
