Listen to us as you get up in the morning and while you’re on your way to work, school or college.

We chat about what’s in the papers and about sport, suggest things to do in the evening (including TV picks on Mondays, a nice recipe on Wednesdays and the best tips for the weekend) and we cover a wide range of other subjects from fitness and health to computer games and technology to fashion, beauty. And of course, we have the kind of music you need to hear in the morning to get you up and out.

You can take part in the show as well by texting 086 600 1064, emailing beo@raidionalife.ie and using #BricBlasta on Twitter @raidionalife
