Afra-Éire is about the African-Irish community and African issues in general. A lively and intercultural show, with ‘Afra-Éire’, Ola wants to inform people in Ireland on news about the

African-Irish community in Ireland as well as African cultures in terms of fashion, hair, food, lifestyle, music and more. An emphasis on lesser-heard voices of people who we don’t hear of or hear from too often on the mainstream media in Ireland, as well as celebrate the successes the African-Irish community have made in this country. Also, Ola wants to bring a more positive representation of Africa to the airwaves, while also discussing difficult challenges facing the continent. The aim of this show is to inspire people in terms of information about and interest in Africa. This show will get you dancing as well as thinking deeply. Join Ola every second Saturday from 4-5pm!
